My Healthy Kitchen: My Healthy Kitchen is a blog about how I'm combining a love for delicious food with a commitment to healthy eating . These recipes helped me lose over 20 kgs with my own diet , and now that I'm not really dieting any more, I still have managed to maintain my weight loss. My blog has become popular with people who want to try the lower glycemic way of eating, but most people who visit here just come to find great tasting food! I have two daughters one 11 years old and the other 6 years old and a caring husband who taste my recipes and offer helpful criticism. I ensure that whatever today the recipes are available in the restaurants where oils and fats are used in large quantity , are available in my blogg with little / healthy oils without compromising on the taste.
