LOW CALORIE CHICKEN SALAMI SANDWICH
Ingredients
brown bread:4 slice
low fat curd
:250 grams
chicken salami:200grams
mas turd powder:1 pinch
black pepper powder:1 pinch
salt:as per your taste
preparation:
whip the curd nicely with salt,masturd powder and black pepper powder.put chicken salami on one slice of brown bread.put the mixture of the curd on the salami with a spoon(approx 2-3 spoon).put one more bread slice on top of that.keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.after that cut it in a triangle shape and bake it for 10 minutes.you can eat this with hot tangy soup.
TIPS:YOU CAN PUT VEGETABLES IN PLACE OF CHICKEN SALAMI.
