VEGETABLES WITH CORIANDER AND MUSTUURD PASTE


INGREDIENTS:
CARROT:50GRMS
BROCCOLI:50GRMS
BABY CORN:50GRMS
MUSHROOM:50GRMS
CAPSICUM:50GRMS
BLACK PEPPER:1/2 TEASPOON
MUSTARD SEED:1/2 TEASPOON
CORIANDER LEAF:100GRMS
SALT:AS PER TASTE
PREPARATION
BOIL ALL THE VEGETABLES LIGHTLY.MAKE PASTE OF CORIANDER .KEEP ASIDE.GRIND MUSTARD SEED AND BLACK PEPPER.IN A VESSEL PUT ALL BOILED VEGETABLES IN A LOW FLAME.PUT CORIANDER PASTE,MUSTARD AND BLACK PEPPER
POWDER.IF REQUIRED PUT LITTLE WARM WATER.SAUTE FOR SOMETIMES.ADD SALT.
AND YOUR COOKING IS READY .ENJOY WITH STEAMED RICE.

PUT2-3 TOMATO AND GARLIC PASTE INTO THE NONSTICK PAN DON'T PUT OIL IN THIS.CUT THE VEGES AS PER YOUR CHOICE IN MEDIUM SHAPE.PUT ALL THE VEGETABLES TOGETHER INTO THE TOMATO,GARLIC PASTE.PUT TURMERIC POWDER,CINNAMON-CARDAMOM POWDER AND SALT INTO THE VEGETABLES.PUT A LID ON THE NONSTICK PAN.MAKE FLAME SLOW.PUT WATER IF REQUIRED .AFTER 10-15 MINUTES YOUR OIL FREE VEGETABLE IS READY.GARNISH IT WITH 1SPOON OF LEMON JUICE AND CORIANDER LEAF.IF YOU WANT CAN PUT 1/2 SPOON SUGAR ALSO.
