VEGETABLES WITH CORIANDER AND MUSTUURD PASTE


INGREDIENTS:
CARROT:50GRMS
BROCCOLI:50GRMS
BABY CORN:50GRMS
MUSHROOM:50GRMS
CAPSICUM:50GRMS
BLACK PEPPER:1/2 TEASPOON
MUSTARD SEED:1/2 TEASPOON
CORIANDER LEAF:100GRMS
SALT:AS PER TASTE
PREPARATION
BOIL ALL THE VEGETABLES LIGHTLY.MAKE PASTE OF CORIANDER .KEEP ASIDE.GRIND MUSTARD SEED AND BLACK PEPPER.IN A VESSEL PUT ALL BOILED VEGETABLES IN A LOW FLAME.PUT CORIANDER PASTE,MUSTARD AND BLACK PEPPER
POWDER.IF REQUIRED PUT LITTLE WARM WATER.SAUTE FOR SOMETIMES.ADD SALT.
AND YOUR COOKING IS READY .ENJOY WITH STEAMED RICE.
