PAV BHAJI



INGREDIENTS:

POTATO:2 BIG(OPTIONAL)

GREEN PEAS:50GRAMS

CAPSICUM:2

CARROT:2

BOTTLE GUARD:200 GRAMS

ONION:2 FINELY CHOPPED

GARLIC:7-8 FLAKES(PASTE)

CORIANDER LEAF:AROUND 3-4 SPOON(FINELY CHOPPED)

LEMON:1

PAV BHAJI MASALA:2-3 TEA SPOON(OR POWDERED CINNAMON,CARDAMOM,CLOVE)

SALT:ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE

RED CHILI:1/2 TEASPOON (OPTIONAL)

BUTTER:1 SPOON(OPTIONAL)YOU CAN USE LOW CALORIE MARGARINE ALSO

PREPARATION:

WASH ALL THE VEGETABLES,CUT ACCORDING YOUR CHOICE.BOIL IT.MASH ALL THE VEGETABLES VERY NICELY OR YOU CAN PUT IN MIXER ALSO.HEAT A PAN AND PUT BUTTER INTO IT.PUT ONION AND GARLIC,SAUTE UNTIL PINK.THE PUT ALL THE VEGES ADD PAV BHAJI MASALA,SALT,LEMON JUICE AND RED CHILI.MIX THE VEGETABLES WITH MASALAS.KEEP FOR 2-3 MINUTES.GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAF.

TIPS:INSTEAD OF PAV YOU CAN EAT WITH ROTIS OR BREADS.IT CAN BE A VERY NUTRITIOUS MEAL FOR CHILDREN.
